Digital marketing and sales are essential components of modern business strategies, particularly in the digital age where consumers are increasingly online. Digital marketing encompasses all marketing efforts that utilize electronic devices or the internet. It's a broad field that includes various tactics and channels to reach and engage with target audiences


Digital transformation isn’t only restricted to the “frontline” areas of the company like sales,

marketing or customer care. That is why, throughout this course, students will develop a

deeper understanding of the many different approaches that companies are following in

order to improve operations, maximize efficiency and achieve excellence. Since

transformation requires leadership across the entire company, we will also go through the

different key aspects of how to lead transformation in Finance, Human Resources and

Legal areas. Moreover, students will work to distinguish the many different approaches

that companies adopt and, later in the program, design a transformation roadmap for a

company based on support functions.
